This was an excellent book. I can understand David‘s reluctance to move forward with this as it brings back some ugly history in our country. However, I think it is important for everyone to understand and learn from our past deeds and books like this bring it to light yet shed insights that we are one people, regardless of our race, religion or sex, and that we can live, work and love one another. Thank you David for this excellent writing

Too much diversity equity and inclusion. A story of the evil white male suppressing the all of black society that despite this suppression built the economic base of the country and society we know today.

Another terrific story by David Balducci. The characters all come to life with his words. I am generally not a fan of multiple narrators, but in this book it was perfect!

Is this a John Grisham novel rewritten with David Baldacci as the author? This is identical to A Time Ti Kill. I expect to see lawsuits in the future. I made it to track 29 and just shut it off. I’ve already heard this story. Waste of my money.
