Duration: 19 hours 50 minutes

Summary:

When literature student Anastasia Steele goes to interview young entrepreneur Christian Grey, she encounters a man who is beautiful, brilliant, and intimidating. The unworldly, innocent Ana is startled to realize she wants this man and, despite his enigmatic reserve, finds she is desperate to get close to him. Unable to resist Ana's quiet beauty, wit, and independent spirit, Grey admits he wants her, too-but on his own terms.

Shocked yet thrilled by Grey's singular erotic tastes, Ana hesitates. For all the trappings of success-his multinational businesses, his vast wealth, his loving family-Grey is a man tormented by demons and consumed by the need to control. When the couple embarks on a daring, passionately physical affair, Ana discovers Christian Grey's secrets and explores her own dark desires.

Erotic, amusing, and deeply moving, the Fifty Shades Trilogy is a tale that will obsess you, possess you, and stay with you forever.

Too ridiculous even to listen too! The narrator\'s voice was annoying as well.

This was quite possibly the worst \"written\" book I have ever had to fight my way thru. It has a wonderful storyline however, the author reused so many phrases it became comical. The main character is a charade of a young female and everything she does is completely ridiculous. The only way she could possibly be this naive would be to have been brought up under a rock.

Great book. A little embarrassing to listen to at first but it will get you!

  • Daniel Adames

I loved the book. It started pretty slow but I understand why. They want to get you emotionally involved. I laughed, I was sad, I cried, and enjoyed (for the most part) the sex scenes as well. I was hoping for a more happy ending but if that would of been the case then books 2 and 3 wouldn't be out. Read it. You'll enjoy it!

I love the readers expression during the book. Gave me a good idea and placed me in the correct mindset with a vivid picture created.

Love the book! I have read/listened to the book about 5 times. I love the story behind it.

  • Lucy De Cesare

I enjoyed the audio book. The narrator did an amazing job.

I too, read/listened out of curiosity. I loved the story and have now read all three. I thought How Anna's innocence broke through Christian's dysfunction and led to healing, forgiveness and fresh love was heartwarming. I thought they could have chosen a better narrator. It is not very well written but anything this erotic and graffic will get past the writing.

I simply love it!!!!!!. I felt in love with the narrators voice, every time she said \"oh my!!!!!!\" OMG....

I decided to read this book to find out the hype was all about. The story line is good but I have to say at least I got this for free when I first signed up. I finished the Fifty Shades of Grey in two days. It is a good book but Ana is so ignoring I wanted to fast forward on her parts and get to Mr. Grey. I have to say that I am excited that a film is being made on this book; lets see if they stick to the trueness of this book and not skip out on the main parts (wink wink). I give this book four stars but it\'s not something that I will hurry back to too reread. I will read the others as well got to read the rest to find out if this sex goddess deals with his so called \"therapy\" obsessions. Oh, and also the narrator was awful her voice is what made Ana so ignoring but I think that even if I read it myself, Ms. Steele would still be ignoring. lol. Now you know my opinion on the book, what do you think?
