The book is a great example of making things simple for ourselves especially in relationships . Dr. Rachel through real life examples opens our eyes to issues that we face in relationships and marriage . The execution of the progress of topics is a great way to make all people in different stages of a relationship relate to the book. An individual is able to identify the issues and Dr. Rachel has offered some solutions that are beneficial. This is a great read and listen . I would highly recommend it.
