Fantastic book on gut health. It was easy to read/listen to and contained a lot of info in a basic format of: A) here's how this is supposed to work, B) here's a common problem, C) here's some ways you can address the issue. I really appreciate that there are herbal remedies and recipes for fermented dairy products and fermented veggies. The bonus pdf is vital for this book; don’t skip it.
