Unabridged Audiobook
I'm so surprised with the results from the advice on this book that I had to take my time and coment about how this is a must read. I actualy never coment on books. On my 3rd week i noticed i dont start shaking or feel like im going to pass out if i dont eat something soon and all thanks to this book!. PLEASE read it over and over all the way and share it with everyone. O and it is so true about the breakfast thing he talks about. seriousely I woke up at 9am and its like noon now and it dont bother me that i didnt eat so far just my non sugar/cream coffee... before i would go creazy if i didnt have something to eat with in an hour of waking up.... p.s. im sorry about my spelling, im not from here....
